Your files and your results

You own what you put into the tools and what you get out of them. Because processing happens on your device, you are responsible for keeping copies of anything important. We cannot recover a file, recording or document for you, because we never had it.

Only use files you have the right to use, and do not use the tools for anything unlawful, including forging signatures or documents, or stripping metadata to deceive.

Only issue certificates and letters with the Certificate Generator for an organisation you are authorised to act for, using its own logo, signature and seal. Issuing a document in another organisation’s name, or for work that did not happen, is forgery, and you alone are responsible for it.

Provided as is

The tools are provided free, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make them accurate, but conversions, compression, OCR, background removal, generated certificates, résumés or signatures can contain errors. Check anything that matters, especially financial, legal or official documents, before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Vizdale is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from use of the tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Open-source components

The tools are built on open-source software, each under its own license, listed on the open-source licenses page. Those licenses govern those components.

Changes and availability

We may change, add or remove tools, or update these terms, at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
