Questions people ask
Are Vizdale Tools really free?
Yes. There is no account, no trial, no paid plan and no watermark on anything you make. Vizdale, an AI product development studio, builds and runs them as a free public toolkit.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Every tool processes your files in your browser, on your own device. Two exceptions are disclosed on their pages: the Background Remover downloads its AI model once from a third-party CDN (your image still stays on your device), and dictation in Speech & Voice uses your browser’s own speech service, which on Chrome and Edge runs on the browser vendor’s servers.
Do I need to install anything or sign up?
No. Open a tool and use it. They work in current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on desktop and mobile. Screen recording needs a desktop browser.
Do the tools work offline?
The processing happens on your device, so once a tool’s page has loaded it keeps working without a connection. The AI tools (OCR and Background Remover) download their model the first time you use them.
